Why do we process personal data?
We may use your personal data in the following ways, to set up agreed contracts and carry out our obligations arising from agreed contracts. To fulfil requests, provide products/services, improve the products and services we provide and to ensure our products and services are accessible. To allow you to participate in the interactive features of our services should you choose to do so. To notify you about changes to our services, terms, conditions and policies, and/or other administrative information to maintain our records. What personal data do we process?
We process personal data about you in your professional capacity. This can include your name, email address, telephone number and your role within your organisation. In the case of customers whom we will have a contract with it will be necessary to collect further information. All information collected will be on the agreement form which the customer will have access to.

How do we store you personal data?
We keep subject data secure through internal processes and utilising technology. We use a combination of physical security, firewalls, backups, encryption and pseudonymisation to maintain and process the data.
Sharing information with others.
We share personal data with Force24, email broadcast platform, to enable us to send informational emails.
Keeping and deleting information
We are more than happy to update your personal data or correct any errors when you inform us of such. We will stop processing your personal data once you instruct us to do so. We will delete the personal data if you instruct us to do so. However informing us to delete your data does not safeguard against us finding your data in the future. Whereas instructing us to stop processing your data would allow us to store your data securely on a suppression list under a legal obligation.
What are your data protection rights?
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Anton Meta Integration - Privacy Notice

Access Performance Solutions Limited (“APS”, “we”, “us”) operates an internal business integration called Anton. Anton connects to Meta’s Facebook and Instagram services through the Meta Graph API and Meta Webhooks.
Anton is not a public application. It does not offer public registration, user accounts or a public login. It is used by authorised APS personnel to provide social-media monitoring services for APS and its clients.
Information we process
Where a Facebook or Instagram account mentions, tags or interacts with a Page or professional account that APS is authorised to monitor, Anton may process information supplied by Meta, including:
- The relevant Facebook Page or Instagram professional account name and identifier.
- Public profile names and identifiers supplied by Meta.
- Public post, comment, reply, mention or tag content.
- Post and comment identifiers, timestamps and public permalinks.
- Technical information needed to receive, deduplicate, troubleshoot and audit webhook or API events.
- Details of the business assets and permissions authorised by APS or the relevant client.
Anton does not provide public user accounts and does not request Facebook passwords. It does not intentionally collect private messages, email addresses or other private profile information as part of the Page-mention monitoring service.
How we use this information
We use the information to:
- Detect public references to Pages and professional accounts managed by APS or its clients.
- Notify authorised APS and client personnel about relevant social-media activity.
- Prevent duplicate alerts.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot integrations and demonstrate that the service is operating correctly.
- Provide social-media management and monitoring services agreed with our clients.
Processing is undertaken to provide contracted services and for the legitimate interests of APS and its clients in monitoring public references to their organisations, products and services.
Sharing
Information is made available only to authorised APS personnel, the relevant APS client and service providers used to operate the integration, such as hosting, workflow automation and Microsoft 365 services. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the monitoring service, investigate technical or security issues, meet contractual requirements and comply with applicable law. Routine webhook events, execution records and duplicate-prevention records are removed or expire under our operational retention procedures.
Your rights and contact details
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information that we hold about you, or object to or restrict its processing where applicable.

Anton Meta Integration – Terms of Service

Anton is a restricted internal business integration operated by Access Performance Solutions Limited (“APS”). It is not offered as a public application and does not provide public registration, user accounts or consumer-facing access.
Access to Anton is limited to authorised APS personnel and approved business clients. The integration may only be used to monitor and manage Meta business assets for which APS or the relevant client has the necessary authority and permissions.
Content obtained through Meta remains subject to the rights of its original authors, Meta’s applicable terms and policies, and applicable law. APS does not claim ownership of third-party social-media content.
Anton’s monitoring capabilities depend on Meta’s APIs, webhooks, privacy controls, Page settings and service availability. APS cannot guarantee that every post, comment, tag or mention will be made available by Meta or detected by the integration.
The Page-mention monitoring service does not automatically publish posts, comments or replies. Any future publishing or moderation capability must be separately authorised and remain subject to appropriate human review.
APS may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect client information, maintain security, comply with Meta’s requirements or comply with applicable law.
Information processed through Anton is handled in accordance with the Anton Meta Integration Privacy Notice and APS’s general privacy information.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Anton Meta Integration - Data Deletion Instructions
Anton does not create public or consumer user accounts. You therefore do not need to delete an Anton account.
If you believe Anton has processed information relating to you – for example, because you publicly mentioned or tagged a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account monitored by APS – you may request deletion by emailing:
Please use the subject “Anton Meta Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your name or public Facebook/Instagram profile name.
- A link to, or identifier for, the relevant post or comment where available.
- The Facebook Page or Instagram account involved.
- The approximate date of the interaction.
- A description of the information you want deleted.
Do not send your Facebook or Instagram password. We may request reasonable information to verify the request and locate the relevant records.
Following a valid request, APS will identify and delete personal information under its control unless retention is required for legal, contractual, fraud-prevention or security purposes. Where the information is processed on behalf of an APS client, we may coordinate the request with that client. Information held in backups will be removed through the normal backup-retention cycle.
We will respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law, normally within one month.
Page administrators may also disconnect the integration through their applicable Meta Business settings. Removing a business integration prevents future access but may not automatically delete information previously supplied; a deletion request should therefore also be sent to APS. Meta explains this distinction in its Business Integrations guidance.
